- All Ex-Display samples items sold in “as is” condition
- Strictly no return, exchange or refund on sale items
- Delivery charges at additional cost
WARRANTY
- Cosmetic damage or flaws on ex-display showroom items are deemed pre-existing and are not covered under warranty
- Existing warranties for sale items will be subject to the warranty conditions offered by the product manufacturer
PAYMENT TERMS
- 30% deposit, balance is required COD or on the collection of goods within 30 days from the sale date
- Fees may apply to overdue payments
- All sales are final
- Legal title of the goods shall remain with designcraft until payment is received in full.
