Meaning ‘red clay’ in Portuguese, Barro represents the designer’s appreciation of the traditions and uses of this ancient material. Crafted in Portugal from durable terracotta, the dish can be used in the oven as well as a decorative serving dish. Available in two sizes in natural or high-gloss colour glaze options or with hand-painted stripes, the Barro Oval Dish can be used alone or with other Barro Tableware to create personalised table settings.
