The Essay table reflects her approach with its simple lines and sparse form, which is softened by its smooth, rounded legs. So the table that stands in the living room, kitchen or family room carries a great deal of emotional weight, as well as the obvious need for it to be a functional table with the space and durability to support family life for many years.
Essay satisfies these demands, coming in four different sizes to match the sizes and lifestyles of a variety of households. Each table can also be expanded with black linoleum leaves, ensuring there’s enough room to simply push the laptop computer, toys, newspapers and schoolbooks to one side when it’s time to eat. Made of one hundred percent solid wood and without a frame, Essay will last a lifetime, representing the ultimate form of sustainability.
